Paper planting rope that is manufactured with our company's machine is environmental friendly material and it can be used for environment restructuring and other environment business.

Characteristic

• You can control twisting level of rope, process speed, insert amount of seed with inverter control device. And it is possible to insert other additives.
• All the process is automated. Therefore operator can easily operate by knowing the just simple operation method.
• This machine is TWIN HEAD System. it has twice more productivity than previous machine (SINGLE HEAD). One operator can conduct process operation just like previous one.
  ※ TWIN HEAD System is : This is designed type that one operator can produce amount of 2 machines at the same time by having 2 production process lines in 1 machine.
• Since there is auto-counter device, only set amount is processed and shut down when it's done. Therefore it is easy to operate. Since there are sensor devices for each process sections, it can be controlled automatically in case of any troubles.
• It is very convenient to use because it winds automatically around a bobbin device by manufacturing planting rope.
• Manufactured planting rope can twist threads together with other coir rope. This is re-manufactured as stronger tensile rope and can be applied to material of various kinds of product such as core-net and etc.
