Palm Yarn Rope Manufacturing Machine

Description

This machine is coir(coconut fiber) rope manufacturing machine. This is the machine that winds on bobbin device by putting manufactured palm yarn into fiber machine and then produces strong rope with high speed spinning machine. This manufactured rope is re-manufactured with other coir rope and becomes a rope with stronger tensile force.

Characteristic

• Since palm yarn inserting device is conveyor device, it is very convenient to work with.
• You can control twisting level of rope, process speed, insert amount of palm yarn with inverter control device.
• All the process is automated. Therefore operator can easily produce rope by knowing the just simple operation method.
• This machine is TWIN HEAD System. it has twice more productivity than previous machine (SINGLE HEAD). One operator can conduct process operation just like previous one.
  ※ TWIN HEAD System is : This is designed type that one operator can produce amount of 2 machines at the same time by having 2 production process lines in 1 machine.
• Since there is auto-counter device, only set amount is processed and shut down when it's done. Therefore it is easy to operate. Since there are sensor devices for each process sections, it can be controlled automatically in case of any troubles.
• It is very convenient because it winds on bobbin device automatically by manufacturing coir rope.
