This is cow brush emboss machine that our company first invented. This is after-finishing machine that shows solid embossing effect on pile fabric (Velboa, Velvet, Velour and etc) by using high speed brush device.

• High speed brushes spin and process embossing pattern naturally just like stream. It shows different feeling according to the angle of view.
• By exchanging stainless round shaped copper plate, you can conduct various kinds of textile process with the pattern that the company wants.
• It is designed for easy and convenient process operation. Operator can easily conduct textile process operation by knowing the just simple operation method.
• You can control the operation speed in detail by applying inverter control method. And also control degree of embossing effect by using pressure control device and left/right shifter.
