Description

The textile processing machine coats the surface of the fabric by a chemical treatment and prints the design on the fabric. It can provide the printing processing of the various kinds of designs and it is available to apply on the various kinds of textile fabric. The printing of the design is achieved by the exchange between the round copper plate and the type of high-temperature heater adopted for the chamber. Each driving gear can control the processing speed with the inverter.

• It is a multi-functional textile after-processing machine which is use dnot only for coating the whole fabric but also for printing design.
• The temperature in the chamber can be raised rapidly since the dry is of a high-temperature type heater. Heavy fabric can be dried easily because the temperature can be up to a max of 160°C.
• Sample working of various kinds of design is simplified since the exchanging of the printing copper plate is very simple. The speed can also be adjusted easily by the inverter which controls the driving of the printing copper plate and the whole.
• It is possible to print the design and make the coating processing the fabric of smaller width sand the paper because the width of the printing copper plate is 60 inches.
• It is possible to use different processing on different fabrics such as suede, velour, interlock and cotton because of the multi-functional nature of the printing machine.
