Description

You can apply PU Coating and Embossing Process on textiles of various materials. And also functional coating process such as air permeability, resistance to water pressure, moist permeable, fluorescent, and metallic.

Process Type

This is the process that make very natural synthetic leather by conducting PU Coating on the textile surface and embossing process treatment later on. (This is the process that conduct Embossing process treatment on the textile surface directly and forms pattern.)

Characteristic

• Since it forms pattern by passing textile through heated copper-plate, processed surface turns out very smooth and almost has same touch as leather surface.
• You can present various kinds of embossing effect according to the pattern of copper-plate. Processed pattern on the surface shows as intaglio and relief.
• It makes textile looks better by having design print process before coating.
• Embossing turns out little different according to types of textile and process conditions.
